Barry Rellaford
Barry Rellaford is a globally sought-after leadership development expert. He has a gift for presenting complex content in an understandable, memorable, and actionable manner. He regularly speaks and trains internationally, having led programs in 15 countries with participants representing over 50 different nations.
His clients include Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Honeywell, Coinstar, Toyota, Foodmakers, Intel, Nike, University of Texas Medical Branch, and the U.S. Army.
Barry is uniquely qualified by his experience as a business practitioner. His extensive background in personal and leadership development as a coach, facilitator, and leader with multiple organizations gives Barry the informed, practical experience to set him apart as a CoveyLink consultant. He is entrusted with leading workshop delivery and development for CoveyLink clients. He worked closely with Stephen M. R. Covey in developing the “Leading at the SPEED of TRUST” training program, organizational assessment, and the SPEED of TRUST™ individual Audit.
Before joining CoveyLink, Barry led FranklinCovey's Learning Expedition Center, the company's internal corporate university focused on developing FranklinCovey salespeople and consultants. He also served as the Vice President of Organizational Development for Metatec Corporation and as a performance consultant at CompuServe, Inc.
Barry has a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources from Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from BYU's Marriott School of Management.
Barry and his wife, Lorilee, live in a quiet, rural community in Utah and are the parents of five sons and one daughter. They are currently adopting two children from Russia. Barry's interests include family activities, music, reading, people development, and the American West.
