Thank you for your interest in becoming a certified trainer of “Leading at the SPEED of TRUST”™.

Larger organizations may find it more economical to leverage their in-house professional training staff to teach “Leading at the SPEED of TRUST”™ to their specific organizations’ workforce. Depending on the size of your work group, savings of 75% or more are possible as compared to the open enrollment programs.

Qualified professional trainers and line leaders can become certified to teach “Leading at the SPEED of TRUST”™ by meeting the following criteria:

Attend the two-day "Leading at the SPEED of TRUST"™ open enrollment workshop as a participant
Pass the professional trainer verification interview
Attend a full day certification training
Pay a license fee and sign a license agreement
Consent to train only their organization’s employees
Co-facilitate their first program with a CoveyLink senior consultant and pass off competence
Purchase 25 initial manuals (license fee waived)
Purchase manuals for each participant
